What's your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with buyer-provided shipping. Once we receive the product back, you will be given a 100% refund on the price you paid for the product or sent a direct replacement. Allow processing time of up to 3 days after we receive the product.
What is your shipping policy?
We ship orders within 3 days of purchase. Most often it will only be 1 to 2 days, but it may be up to 3. After that, shipping time depends on which carrier and service you selected at checkout. We ship via USPS or UPS, USPS Ground Advantage is the most commonly selected option, and generally results in a delivery time of 2-5 business days. This means that the most you should ever have to wait for your order is 8 business days in the contiguous US. In most cases however, it will be quicker than that. You may check the status of your order at any time with the tracking number, which will be provided the day the product is shipped.
I received my item and it was broken! What do I do?
Contact us immediately with a photo of the broken product in the condition you received it. Include info on if the packaging was damaged too or just the item inside. You may then begin a return in accordance with our return policy listed above.

Are your candles environmentally friendly?
Our candles are made using a natural coconut wax blend and cotton or wood wicks that are lead & zinc free.
